Pete Webster

I completed a Foundation Degree in Professional Photography in 2007 although my interest and passion for the medium goes back many years. As well as undertaking commercial work I also engage with personal projects and have frequently participated in local and regional exhibitions.

In particular I like to explore those areas of society that represent a state of transition from one form of existence into another. As Henri Cartier-Bresson stated in The Decisive Moment “We photographers deal in things that are continuously vanishing, and when they have vanished, there is no contrivance on earth that can make them come back again.
